Organic Structures

Organic Structures explores the spontaneous emergence of forms that evoke living systems without directly representing them. Through the accumulation of repeated gestures, impacts, and layers of pigment, the paintings develop structures reminiscent of cellular growth, vegetation, geological formations, or microscopic organisms, allowing complexity to arise naturally from the process itself.

Created using the Juggling Painting technique, these works investigate how simple physical interactions can generate highly organized visual systems. Rather than composing recognizable images, the process encourages the appearance of patterns shaped by movement, gravity, rhythm, and chance, where each gesture influences the evolution of the whole.

The series reflects on the universal principles of self-organization found in nature, suggesting that order and complexity can emerge without direct control, through the continuous interaction of simple actions over time.
