Interconnections 02 investigates the dialogue between an isolated point and a dense expanding structure. The gradual occupation of the white space was a deliberate compositional decision, while the intricate network of connections emerged unpredictably as the rebound balls dispersed the paint with each impact. The work explores how the interaction between conscious decisions and unpredictable processes can give rise to structures of a complexity that can never be fully planned.
